Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, standard delivery to the United States takes approximately 10 to 20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, customs and peak seasons.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take 2 to 5 days to update after dispatch.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different dates, each with its own tracking number.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to the United States are not expected to incur additional import fees at delivery. For any other destination, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days from the shipping date, contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we will investigate and either reship or refund your order.
